At a crossroads, 60-year old Louis Ennis has embarked on what at first sight may appear to be a major career change, from driver to owner operator. The decision was brought about because of the lack of security surrounding his job as an employed driver and uncertainty over his future.

I was working for a company and I just didn't feel secure in my job. Matt showed me a number of trucks and I opted for a '56 plate Volvo FH13 Globetrotter 480bhp with I-Shift. I've just got my 'O' Licence and I'm up and running already. After all, I'm a grafter and change is as good as a rest!
